Manufactured to correct diameter and density.
Will dramatically improve the performance of all domestic still reflux towers.

EURO 5 HIGH PERFORMANCE TOWER UPGRADE is now available.
The basis of the greater performance in the High Performance Tower is:
- Redesigned tower refluxing chamber
- Increased refluxing capacity
- Improved cooling placement and flow
- Custom made ceramic rasching rings of the correct size in balance with tower diameter and length
- CCC sulphate conversion
Increased yield, purity and spirit%
(6kg fermentation in all tests)
Spirit % Standard Tower - 460 mls spirit @ 74%
Spirit % HP Tower - 600mls spirit @ 90%
Reduced water flow standard tower - cooling water flow 600mls per minute
Reduced water flow HP tower - water flow 500mls per minute
Reduced distillation time standard tower - 1 hour 55mins for 460mls spirit @ 74%
Reduced distillation time HP tower - 1 hour 40 mins for 600mls @ 90%
