| Details: | The unit is small, efficient and automatic in it's operation, user friendly and very cost effective.
The electric element is manufacutred to exactly the correct wattage for a perfect distillation rate that will leave all the off flavours in the pot and pass to the condenser the clean alcohol we want.
The 304 stainless steel condensor is the perfect match, highly efficient using atmospheric temperature at low volume water flow (7-8litres per hour) to condense the spirit.

Instructions
This unit has been extensively tested not only in our laboratory but by
folk who have never brewed or distilled before, all have found the instuctions
and the unit easy to use.
Small, yes, however the production rate is between 6 and 8 1125ml bottles
per 12 hours.
