Returns Policy

Because of the nature of our products an exchange service is not available so please choose carefully before you buy. We are unable to replace products which do not meet your expectations.

If a product has a manufacturing defect then you should return that product to us for a replacement. We will then examine the product and if it is found to be defective you will be issued with a replacement.

To return a product, you must do so within 7 days of delivery. Please include paperwork detailing the nature of the problem and your order number.
