Account Information

An account allows you to keep track of your orders and store credit. You can also change details such as email address, password and newsletter subscription.
 
When you place an order for the first time you will need to create an account.
 
You must provide an email address and password as these will be your account login details.
 
Physical address details are required for both delivery and billing. By default we will use the same address for both but they can be different if you wish.
 
Credit card details WILL NOT be saved in your account.
 
There is a forgotten password link on the login page. This will send you an email to reset your password.  
 
Connect using Facebook gives Facebook users a more convenient way to create an account and sign in. For more details click here.
 
Email or SMS Notifications
 
We will need to contact you with notifications about your orders or your account. You can choose to be notified by email, SMS or both. If you choose SMS then you will need to provide a valid NZ mobile number. These notifications will only contain information that relates to you account or orders.
 
Email Newsletter or SMS Alert Subscriptions
 
We encourage you to subscribe to our newsletters or SMS alerts so you can stay up to date with new products, promotions, sales, voucher deals and more. They are both optional.
 
If you do not wish to subscribe, un-check the box/s when you create your account. You may also opt out at any time from the My Account page or using the link provided at the bottom of every email newsletter.
